These early-access terms will be replaced by full terms, reviewed by counsel, before paid plans or customer-facing channels open. We will tell registered users before that happens.
1. Who we are
agentos.mt is provided by Aftermath Ltd (C110654), 34 Mosta Road, St Paul’s Bay, Malta.
2. Early access
During early access the service is free, within the limits shown on the pricing page. Features may change, and some are marked as in development or planned. We will not move you to a paid plan without your agreement.
3. Your account and workspace
Keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and the roles they give.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in the instructions, knowledge and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it to run your agents and provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload and that it does not include data you are not allowed to share.
4a. Free plan and training
The free plan is offered in exchange for helping train Aftaris AI. By creating a workspace on the free plan you allow Aftermath to use the instructions, knowledge and conversations in that workspace to train and evaluate Aftaris AI, after personal details have been removed, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission continues for content added while the workspace is on the free plan. You must not add content you are not allowed to share for this purpose, and you must tell the people who talk to your agents that conversations may be used to improve the service.
5. AI output
Agents are powered by Aftaris AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for checking agent output before relying on it and for telling the people who talk to your agents that they are talking to an AI. Agents must not be presented as giving legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and must not be used to make decisions about people’s employment, credit, health or legal rights.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use agentos.mt to impersonate others, deceive, harass, send spam, collect personal data unlawfully, break the law, or attack or overload the service. Do not try to access other workspaces. We may suspend agents or workspaces that break these rules.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service and Aftaris available, but during early access we do not promise any particular uptime. If Aftaris is unavailable, agents will say so rather than invent answers.
8. Liability
The early-access service is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of agent output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using agentos.mt at any time and ask us to delete your account and workspace through the contact form.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
